Role**:Scheduler - Full Time 40h per week (Permanent)**Location**:Birmingham**

Salary**:£27,500**

**The Company**:Our client, a leading Facilities Management company, are looking to bring in an experienced Scheduler for their Birmingham office to work alongside the Impact response team for Social Housing contracts throughout Birmingham.

**Duties**:

- Scheduling appointments through Impact response
- Arranging follow on appointments
- Invoice administration
- Customer Satisfaction surveys
- Liaising with client counterparts
- Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office
- Material co-ordination
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of any relevant documentation
- To oversee and assist in the training of new starters as required

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous relevant experience
- Understanding of local government and RLSs
- Full UK driving licence
