Human Resources Advisor

**HR Advisor - part time hours - 3 days per week - office based - £50-55k pro rata - Excellent benefits - Based in Twickenham**

A world-leading provider of international communication and information systems requires an experienced HR Advisor to work with the Head of HR and be responsible for supporting the HR function to achieve strategic objectives across the business areas and teams. Requires someone who is pro-active and has a ‘can do’ attitude.

**As HR Advisor your main responsibilities will include**:

- Ownership of Compensations and Benefits which will include payroll
- Support employees as well as line managers with any help and guidance they require
- Employer branding to increase their ability to attract the right talent to the business
- Updating job descriptions
- Organise and arrange workshops, training and conferences based on requirements for departments

**Experience and qualities you require to fulfil the role of HR Advisor are**:

- 3 years experience within a similar role as an HR Generalist
- Experience of managing and developing Compensations and Benefits
- Previous experience of employee relations
- Recruitment experience
- Coordinate Employee Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about personal learning and development
- CIPD qualified beneficial but not essential

In return the HR Advisor will receive a basic salary of £50-55,000 pro rata. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata). Pension, Life Assurance, Private Healthcare and cycle to work. Hours are 9-5.
