Job Roles and Responsibilities
- To support management team with daily duties
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Taking down minutes in meetings and uploading electronically
- Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Any general admin duties
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff, clients, and other internal & external stakeholders.

Key Skills Required
- Strong Computer skills - Word, excel
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent timekeeping
- Successfully meet deadlines
- Polite and well spoken manner
- Initiative to work alone
- Proactive attitude
- Adapts well to working environment

The role will be based on a 37.5hr working week from Monday to Friday and will be a minimum 12 months.
