**Position Summary**:
**Essential Functions**:
- Perform general office duties such as copy, mail, etc.
- Accurate data entry on a computer system using both Excel and Sage
- Prepare correspondence for internal and external correspondence clients
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the Manager
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering as needed
- Assist in maintaining the office filing system, including filing, scanning, etc.
Qualifications:
- Essential GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4 - 9, or A - C)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer NVQ Level 3 Business Administration
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,319.00 per year
