Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to contribute your administrative skills in a dynamic work environment? Our client is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and support the daily operations during a busy period.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Reception duties - meet & greet, signing in guests, offering refreshments.
- Answering and transferring incoming calls
- Create and update: - Work schedules for site visits, Paper, and electronic job files, obtain Client Purchase/Subcontract Orders
- Create Purchase requisitions as requested, logging details on spreadsheet, goods receiving purchases, check any differences in costs. Keep check on PPE and Stationery Stock - replenishing stock as required
- Maintaining Fleet Records
- Sales Invoicing using SAGE 200 Professional (training will be provided)
- Booking Hotels and Couriers as required
- Assisting other members of Office staff with any Admin requirements.

**Key Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior administrative or office experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

Team player who can also contribute individually to meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

Positive attitude and professional demeanour.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm - 40 hours per week (office based)
