**Parts Advisor Trainee**

TeamTelfords is looking for an energetic Parts Advisor trainee to join our team We are a family ran business in the heart of Carlisle’s busiest business sector We celebrate over 50 years in business excelling in customer service. Providing our amazing customers with tailored visits to find them their dream vehicle

We want to hire the right people so we have put together this exciting and ambitious package. Have an interest in the parts world, you will shadow the amazing staff of the parts department learning all the processes and daily activities that keep the department and business running smoothly

**This role has a number of responsibilities that we know you will achieve and exceed as a member of our family.**
- Working with Technicians and Customers dispatch parts orders
- Liaise with the manufacturer to place part orders
- Handling goods inwards
- Picking and packing parts
- Handling part queries over the phone and face to face
- Maintain stock levels and complete inventory checks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £20,000.00 per year
