- As a HR advisor, you will be required to offer advice to managers and employees on HR matters such as the recruiting of new staff, dealing with employee relations and performance management from disciplinary to grievance processes and performance tocapability assessments for the relevant functions including the APeC region._

**_Essential:_**
- _Studying towards CIPD level 5 _
- _In-depth knowledge of current Employment Law _
- _Ability to handle employee relations matters _
- _Ability to prioritise and organise workload in a busy environment _
- _Trained interviewer_
- _Attention to detail, specifically around legal notes; reports; letters; and data entry _

**_The Role:_**
- _Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business _
- _Monitoring, reviewing, and updating all HR policies and processes and ensuring these are in line with current legislation _
- _Informing employees of their rights and entitlement and keeping them up to on any changes made _
- _Carry out job evaluations and advise on remuneration packages _
- _Support the business in attracting, recruiting, retaining, and developing people to meet business requirements _
- _Managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations _
- _Handling HR matters reliably and in accordance with legal requirements _
- _Dealing with various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary _
- _Partnering with line managers to review employee relations, performance management, resourcing, and staff management _
- _Ensure the payroll file documents are ready with required signatures to meet payroll deadlines _
- _Facilitating the talent and succession planning process and ensuring follow ups are actioned _-_Undertake projects which will support the effectiveness of HR _
