**Role Overview**

Reporting to the Customer Services and Support Manage, you will be a key member of the office-based Customer Service team, responsible for the growth and retention of the business in the Public Sector.

You will do this through pro-active account management, development and issue resolution. You will have responsibility for a portfolio of customers and will be required to build strong working relationships, working collaboratively with external BusinessDevelopment Managers and your Customer Service colleagues.

Customer Service Advisors are a prime and pivotal point of contact within the business, liaising constantly with customers and internal teams to deliver an exemplary customer experience.

**Principal Responsibilities & Activities**
- Pro-active account management and ownership of all customers in portfolio
- Pro-active growth and retention of customer portfolio
- Pro-actively identifying & developing opportunities to provide customers with additional services
- Taking ownership for professional and timely resolution of customer issues and queries
- Being a prime and professional point of contact for Public Sector customers including the customer’s IT personnel
- Working collaboratively with external Account Management /Business Development team focused on growth and retention of customers
- Liaising and collaborating with internal technical teams, for progression of opportunities and resolving
