**About Our Client**:
The client is a household name in Swansea. The client has free parking on site and offer hybrid working.

The Payroll Manager Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for delivering Payroll outcomes on time ensuring resource reflects business need
- You will understand the local and organisational business environment, contributing toward the identification of risks, providing insights and flexible innovative solutions,
- Acting with a strong sense of purpose and dynamic vision for Finance, you will be the initial point of contact to confidently provide advice and support on payroll matters, liaising with senior staff as appropriate.
- You will continually evaluate your own impact in order to improve as a professional and drive sustainable performance.
- Working closely with department heads in relation to decision making or complex queries
- Working closely with the Head of Payroll to develop and streamline processes to improve operational efficiency
- Providing technical advice to customers to ensure compliance with Tax legislation
- Accountable for acting on behalf of the Head of Payroll
- Responsible for working collaboratively with colleagues across Finance to develop shared insights, priorities and activities as part of the organisations plan and strategy.
- Role model a continuous improvement approach, using meaningful MI, to ensure Finance solutions add value

- Have worked managed a large payroll previously
