The job role will include:

- Entering payroll information supplied by each client into the payroll system.
- Processing new employees and terminations.
- Maintaining and updating payroll records.
- Preparing payroll reports, payslips etc to send to clients.
- Assisting with pension auto-enrolment and declarations to the pension regulator.
- Answering the office phone.
- Raising sales invoices.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
- Aspects of practice compliance.
- Have an active involvement in credit control.
- Any other duties that are required.

The working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:45am until 5pm and Friday 8:45am until 3:45pm, with an hour given for lunch each day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: From £4.81 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Payroll: 1 year (preferred)
