A fun, ever changing role, suited to someone who can work alone, and multitask, eye for detail, a quick thinker, and ability to communicate with both contractors and UHNW's. Property knowledge and accounts administration key.
2 years experience in Property ideally superprime
Quickbooks knowledge prefered
- Liaising with Contractors and coordinating works & general maintenances
- Keeping all maintenance schedules up to date and forward planning
- Site visits to oversee maintenance and works to ensure high standards are adhered to at all times
- Book keeping, Invoicing and keeping QuickBooks up to date (fundamental element of this Role)
- Ability to move from site to site responding to emergencies
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chelsea, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
