Job Overview:
We also have **nursery practitoner posts **which may include school pick ups (must be over 25 for pick ups and hold clean licence). please enquire if interested. ideally holding a level 2/3 qualification, but for the correct applicant an apprenticship scheme may be offered.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise a group of children in the nursery room
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play
- Lead activities and educational programs suitable for early childhood development
- Drive the implementation of the nursery ethos
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery room

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in childcare or early childhood education preferably within the 2-3 age group
- Demonstrated ability to manage and engage with children effectively
- Strong leadership skills to guide a team of nursery staff
- Knowledge of nursery practices and child development principles
