Refugee Caseworker

The Coventry Refugee and Migrant Centre (CRMC) is the only organisation in Coventry dedicated to providing impartial and confidential advice, guidance and support to asylum seekers, refugees and migrants living in and around the city. We are a local, medium-sized organisation which has been welcoming refugees and migrants since 2000. Our aim is to help people to rebuild their lives and achieve their full potential in safety and dignity whilst supporting integration and encouraging active citizenship.

We currently have a very exciting vacancy for two Refugee Caseworkers who will improve outcomes for refugees in Coventry and to help them integrate into life in the UK.

This role requires an experienced Caseworker with relevant knowledge and skills. To be successful in the role, you will provide advice, guidance and pastoral support and work with other local agencies, referring where necessary to different support services and activities.

Furthermore, you will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to problem solve and respond quickly and flexibly.

The post will be based at Coventry Refugee and Migrant Centre, Norton House, Bird Street, Coventry, CV1 5FX.

**Salary**: £25,956.00-£27,037.00 per year
