Coventry Refugee and Migrant Centre (CRMC) is the only organisation in Coventry dedicated to providing impartial and confidential advice, guidance and support to asylum seekers, refugees and migrants living in and around the city. We are a local, medium-sized organisation which has been welcoming refugees and migrants since 2000. Our aim is to help people to rebuild their lives and achieve their full potential in safety and dignity whilst supporting integration and encouraging active citizenship.

We currently have a very exciting vacancy for Lead Case Worker who will co-ordinate case management activities and assist case workers in performing their role.

This role requires an experienced Case Worker with relevant knowledge, skills and understanding of working with refugees and migrants. To be successful in the role, you will have a proven track record of leadership, dealing with complex cases and meeting KPIs.

You will also have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to problem solve and respond quickly and flexibly. You will have excellent knowledge of refugees issues, especially their resettlement and different stages of integration.

The post will be based at Coventry Refugee and Migrant Centre, Norton House, Bird Street, Coventry, CV1 5FX.
