This role will have responsibility for delivering a broad range of tasks with the aim of delivering excellence in customer experience. As a member of the Sales Support team, this position reports to the Sales Support Manager.

Join us in our Customer Operations team as a Sales Support Co-ordinator on a full time permanent, hybrid working basis in our Leicester office.

**Duties**:
Handling incoming calls - dealing with product questions, price queries, stock availability, verbal sales orders, proof of delivery requests, customer returns and general enquiries
Contacting customers by telephone after Account Manager visits to ascertain interest and future sales
Prepare and review budget planner quotes and reviews
Campaigns - working with Account Managers on targeted products to help grow the business
Sales Analysis of monthly sales to ensure existing business is maintained using Qlik
Maintaining CRM contact database and customer files
Preparing training certificates following training courses
Organising demo stock for Account Managers
Complete customer observation report as and when necessary

**Skills and Experience**:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
Able to motivate themselves as well as working well within a team environment
Demonstrate excellent organisational and administrative skills
Previous sales experience is not essential
