**Your Role**

As a Band 5 ODP, you will play a crucial role in the operating theatre, assisting in the delivery of exceptional patient care. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Preparing the operating theatre, equipment, and instruments
- Assisting the surgical team during procedures
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and responding to any changes
- Maintaining a safe and sterile environment
- Providing support to patients before, during, and after surgery
- Ensuring accurate documentation of patient records

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A recognized qualification as an Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)
- Previous experience working as a Band 5 ODP
- A high level of technical skills and knowledge in operating theatre procedures
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to providing patient-centered care

**Shift Details and Payment**

The shift for this temporary position will start at 13:00:00 and end at 18:00:00. You will be paid at a rate of £170 per shift through an umbrella payment type. Please note that this is a temporary position with a one-day assignment on 08/02/2024.
