**About us**

We are a small well established business with a close knit supportive team.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our long established exhibition and furniture hire team based in South Manchester.

You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and work with the company Directors on additional initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advising customers on products / options range to best suit their needs
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices to company standards
- Maintain order diary and accuracy
- Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Operations teams to co-ordinate customer orders
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Following up with customers to confirm order numbers / credit control
- Creation of customers orders and issuing of invoices
- Use of SAGE accounting software preferred but not essential / Excel (training provided)

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work at pace during peak periods
- Good customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible approach to handle a variety of responsibilities and ability to use own initiative to complete duties unsupervised
