My Client are Consultancy Business based in Sunbury-On-Thames

**Key Responsibilities for the Procurement Assistant**:

- Dealing with orders
- raising purchase orders
- Managing Project Managers, Projects Coordinators and Sales regarding projects timelines.
- Liaising with suppliers to confirm costs and ETAs of kit.
- Chasing suppliers on outstanding orders.
- Keeping to various Deadlines
- Assisting with other with wider team on an ad hoc basis

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Experience within similar role (Purchasing, Order processing, Procurement)
- Good communications
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise
