The salary for this part-time position is £7,716.80 per annum.

**About The Role**

To be responsible for the efficient handling and transfer of telephone calls where appropriate to the complete satisfaction of the caller.
- To handle telephone calls promptly, courteously and efficiently, ensuring all calls are handled correctly and transferred to the appropriate department/ individual.
- To provide the highest standards of service to callers, ensuring their expectations are met.
- To be knowledgeable about the facilities and services with the Group.
- To ensure that caller concerns, complaints and difficulties are dealt with courteously and efficiently, taking action to resolve problems where possible, reporting unresolved issues to your Supervisor/Manager.
- To work effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
- To ensure that all equipment and materials are used in the correct manner and any problems are reported immediately.
- To comply with all health, safety, fire, hygiene, security and other statutory requirements
- To assist with administration and updating reservations
- To make dining reservations
- To prepare daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports as required.
- Any other duties as required.

**About You**

We would love you to have previous telephonist / receptionist experience, but this is not essential as our Team will provide you with full training

**Required Criteria**
- Excellent communication, numeracy and IT skills
- Customer care experience
- Smart well groomed appearance
- Excellent attention to detail
- Work well under pressure and be a team player
- A right to work within the United Kingdom Educated to GCSE Standard or the equivalent including English and Maths.

**Desired Criteria**
- Previous call centre or telephony experience
- Previous experience working in a hospitality environment

**Skills Needed**

Call Management, Customer Service, Ability to Identify and Anticipate needs, Administrative skills
