We are looking for an experienced Head of Social Media on a fixed-term contract to help lead a dynamic team and steer our global growth and content strategy across all Lounge social channels including, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.

In collaboration with Brand, Marketing, Creative, Partnerships, and Customer teams, you will be the guiding force behind effective, iconic 360 social media campaigns and activations during a crucial maternity cover period.

We are looking for someone with not just a proven track record of exceptional knowledge of the social media landscape but also the ability to build and lead a collaborative, sustainable team. Your influence will be crucial in maintaining momentum toward Lounge's brand goals.

**What you will do at Lounge**:

- Lead by example and be the driving force behind the social media offering, setting high standards for creativity, innovation, and execution.
- Develop the team, and take ownership of the team's growth and development, ensuring each member has the support and resources needed to excel.
- Create a collaborative environment and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate social media strategies.
- Strategise content by directing and reviewing shoot briefs and oversee and optimise content calendar.
- Actively mentor and inspire the Social team, elevating their skills and pushing creative boundaries within the social media space.
- Maintain a consistent, on-brand tone of voice tailored for each social channel, ensuring a unified and compelling brand presence.
- Strategically lead, develop, implement, and manage strategies, campaigns, and activities across various social channels.
- Evaluate performance, demonstrating effectiveness and business impact through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
- Proactively generate innovative ideas to positively disrupt and grow social media activities..
- Stay informed by staying abreast of developments and innovations in the social media sector, briefing the business as needed.

- Understand the art of creative storytelling and resonate with Lounge's values as a brand.
- Are a creative person unafraid to think outside the box and generate new, exciting content and concepts for Lounge.
