Senior Office Administrator

Based in the UK HQ you will have a varied role to include meeting guests, day to day admin (including filing and photocopying), taking calls for the directors if the Company Secretary is busy and able to do it all with a smile even when under pressure.
Sharing an open plan office with the most senior directors on the top floor of a very Traditional Head Office you will be the sort of person who takes pride in your work and yourself, have a flexible attitude to your duties and responsibilities, not shy to check the office is looking its best, make Tea and get the sandwiches if needed.. basically, whatever needs to be done to help the Directors and Company Secretary to run a smooth head office.
You will need to have office expereince and skills to include Word and Excel with good attention to detail. Happy to work in a formal HQ environment with the Group MD’s, FD and Chairman. You will need to be confident to greet senior visitors from Asia and the rest of the world on the phone and in person. This is a role where you will need to have the upmost discretion as some of the work you will handle will be highly confidential whilst on the other side of the coin you will also flexible to do the more mundane photocopying filing nipping to the shop etc too.
