An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Support Centre Coordinator. As a member of the support centre team, you should have a background in Facilities and be able to handle pressure well working on your own initiative.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be required to; support & liaise with the other helpdesk colleagues
- Work closely with the team to ensure jobs are logged and allocated in a timely manner
- All contractor SLA/KPI's maintained
- To keep all jobs updated daily and ensure 3hr urgent calls are dealt with in an expedited manner
- Support our teams on site as well as facilities management team
- Understanding of financial information relating to works approvals
- Respond to all calls and address all enquiries in a timely and professional manner

**Person Specification**:

- Facilities Maintenance/Helpdesk experience, ProNett
- Calm nature - even temperament
- Good telephone manner and excellent understanding of customer care
- Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritise workload to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work on own as well as part of a team, working well under pressure
- Good organisation and administration skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to liaise at all levels using tact and diplomacy.
- Reliability, Flexibility, Customer focused, Team player, Punctual, Enthusiastic with positive "can do" approach.
- Experience in a contract support or help desk role experience would advantageous.
