About The Role

The Senior Business Partner supports the creation and embedding of all people activities of Boldyn’s business in the UK & Ireland aligned to the global people strategy & priorities and supports the growth of our business.

Accountable for the smooth Operation with of our Employee lifecycle activities working in partnership with our Group colleagues to ensure a seamless employee and people leader experience.

The position partners with the Chief Operations Officer & Chief Technology Officer to maximise the organisational effectiveness, embed an inclusive culture and ensures an outstanding employee experience across the entire life cycle which will enable people to thrive and feel empowered as part of a high performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute and embed the People strategy for the UK & Ireland business with initiatives, policies and practice in line with employment legislation and the Global People & Culture strategy which support best practice and create a positive high performing environment.
- Defining and leading initiatives to improve learning and development culture to develop career paths for our employees which maximised their potential and our organisational effectiveness to deliver the business strategy.
- Partnering with the businesses to manage employee relations, proactive resourcing in a pragmatic and proactive manner.
- Delivering policies and all people processes to deliver an agile, digital employee experience.
- Developing effective retention and succession plans which will attract and retain the best talent in the market.
- Champion and lead cultural interventions to drive Inclusion, Diversity and Equity and embed the Leadership Framework. Lead our One Team Cultural Champion Network to engage and escalate ideas and solutions to build on our cultural ethos.
- Work with our Commercial Team & Sustainability Teams further develop and embed our Social Value Strategy

What You’ll Bring
- HR Leadership Experience in an international HR/People Management position in a relevant and fast paced technology & service environment.
- Highly effective interpersonal, communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to provide commercially sound, risk mitigating advice and consultation on complex ER/IR/labour law issues including performance management and termination across the European countries.
- Sound HR system knowledge preferably with Workday.
- Experience monitoring, reviewing, and improving HR policies, processes, procedures and systems to ensure an outstanding employee experience.
