Job Introduction

Main Responsibilities
- Undertake regulatory compliance audits on incidents logged within the ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management System) system for LV, HV, EHV and ONI reports
- Liaising with Dispatch colleagues, Control Centre and Field Ops teams to obtain additional reportable information as part of report rebuilding where necessary
- Updating the customer connectivity model where errors are identified
- Providing feedback to Leaders in both Dispatch and Control Centre ensuring a full feedback loop as part of performance measures for Dispatchers and Control Engineers.
- Provide support to Field Ops Leaders responsible for managing fault unit costing allocation by updating reports where necessary
- Assist the Management Information Team as part of regulatory submissions and external audits.
- Supporting the Dispatch team by providing training and guidance in relation to regulatory reporting changes
- Undertaking project/pilot work as part of the efficiency programme
- You will have excellent attention to detail and proficient problem-solving capabilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential
- You must be reliable and be able to work as part of a small team when on shift and you must be able to work using your own initiative
- Experience of outage management systems and incident management would be advantageous
- A previous role with auditing experience is desirable

- You will need to be flexible and willing to ramp up where required to assist the team during weather events or system emergencies for example.
