Job Responsibilities:

- Contribute to both quantitative and qualitative market research projects for business-to-business clients in the hospitality, travel, and leisure industries.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and research needs.
- Assist in the development and refinement of research methodologies, ensuring they align with client requirements.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data using various market research tools and techniques.
- Conduct qualitative research using video ethnographic techniques to gain deeper insights into consumer behavior.
- Work collaboratively with clients to validate findings, refine research approaches, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare insightful reports, presentations, and summaries based on research findings.
- Maintain ongoing communication and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging research methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate with a degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in market research and an understanding of research methodologies.
- A keenness to embrace new market research methodologies and modern technologies and software.
- Some experience of both quantitative and qualitative research techniques would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in video ethnographic techniques for qualitative research would be an advantage, but the ability to learn this would be required.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for the hospitality, travel, and leisure industry sectors
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g, Excel) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
