**ABOUT YOU**:
We're looking for someone with solid Release/QA experience who is self-motivated and will take ownership of the project's requirements working alongside the teams to bring it to the highest possible quality. You will be comfortable working with internal teams, stakeholders and external partners to ensure our production and back catalogue titles are delivering to quality and on schedule.

This role will allow you to work with various publishing departments, marketing teams, localisation, production, product, community and leadership.
- A passion for games across different platforms including multiplayer, mobile, VR and the future of XR
- Full game life-cycle experience through all stages of development; comfortable in both the formative stages of a project through to effective live operation
- Experience of managing timelines,roadmaps, budgets and forecasts
- Excellent knowledge of production methodologies and frameworks, coupled with the ability to instill team-based ownership
- Experience of bug tracking management utilising best practices to manage appropriately
- An excellent delegator; encouraging engagement, ownership, and accountability within mixed-discipline teams, and with communication skills
- Knowledge of format holder standards (Sony, Meta, Pico) would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Google tools
- Knowledge of 1st party submission process and certification testing requirements
- Happy to work across multiple projects, platforms and teams as needed
- Able to receive feedback openly & adjust leadership style and way of working
- A track record of delivering projects with these skill sets required
- 3+ years experience in video games

**DESIRABLE**:

- Scrum/Agile certification.
- Knowledge of Click up tool or similar

**Requirements**:

- Be a point of contact for our live and back catalogue titles
- Lead the internal production team delivering DLC for live titles
- Manage relationships and deliverables from our porting and outsource partners, evaluating their performance and adherence to our agreed standards and timelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our teams to identify needs for QA, localisation, etc need
- Define QA strategies and processes with internal teams and outsourcing partners, ensuring comprehensive test coverage across all platforms.
- Manage and coordinate our relationship with external QA partners to achieve our aims
- Manage and own the release schedule and reporting, ensuring clear communication and meetings are held across the studios
- Coordinate the release of titles across multiple platforms and ecosystems (ie Oculus, SteamVR, PlayStation VR), ensuring smooth management of dependencies and mitigation of blockers.
- Oversee the submission and approval process for each platform, ensuring compliance with platform-specific requirements.
- Liaison between technical and administrative internal and external stakeholders to ensure maximum exposure and commercial opportunity for our titles
- Maintain internal information on the back catalogue, SKUs, platforms, languages, price and KPI information
- Compile and execute test plans with the project teams.
- Management of the internal game library
- Have the opportunity to support and work on other production oriented tasks
