We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of our new language learning app to make language learning engaging, effective, and accessible to a global audience.

**Job Summary**

You will play a pivotal role in curriculum design, team leadership, and strategic oversight of the content creation process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and execution of the Spanish language curriculum, ensuring it meets the learning needs of our target audience in the US.
- Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 educators, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Work closely with product, design and tech teams to integrate content seamlessly into our app, ensuring a user-friendly learning experience.

**Qualifications**
- Native Spanish speaker or equivalent proficiency, with strong English communication skills.
- Proven experience in content creation, ideally within the language learning industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple projects

simultaneously.
- Previous curriculum design and content generation experience for a language learning

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £21,640.96-£76,823.99 per year
