**Description**:
It's an exciting time to join GREAC - Lockton's specialist and dedicated Global Real Estate & Construction Division. At 180 Associates, our team is the largest and most established combined Real Estate and Construction team in the London Market, and continues on a trajectory of accelerated growth.

As a Real Estate AVP, you will be responsible for ensuring service delivery to a varied portfolio of UK and International property owner and real estate clients. You will act as a client advocate serving and lead contact within the account team, working with an allocation of clients from varying sizes from commercial to large corporate accounts.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Build and nurture close, long-lasting relationships by developing a constantly expanding network of client contacts
- Serve clients as an advocate for their needs, ensuring delivery of exceptional service through close and regular interaction
- Seek to identify methods of enhancing services and adding greater value to clients and maintain a robust approach delivering a service plan and annual timetable of visits aligned to their needs
- Provision of the day to day servicing of a client’s insurance programme to support retention and development of the business.
- Placement of insurances for clients in accordance with Lockton strategy.
- Effective and timely management of all renewals to ensure completion by the due date.
- Obtain quotations both for new and renewal business.
- Preparation of market and client documentation.
- Check policy documentation for accuracy prior to issue to the client.
- Provision to the client of policy documentation in accordance with regulations and in line with Lockton procedures.
- Deal effectively with queries, and cultivate a positive and wide-ranging network of relationships with insurers, lawyers and loss adjusters
- Prompt and accurate resolution of accounts queries.
- Identify the risk exposures and advise on insurance and risk management solutions
- Provision of management information as required.
- Commit to delivering buddy programme support as required.
- Previous Real Estate and/or Property insurance broking experience
- Strong technical knowledge of property risks and associated casualty lines of business.
- Excellent communication skills
- Drive to deliver exceptional client service
- Drive to develop professionally
