**About us**

Sandford Springs Hotel and Golf Club is an AA four star 40 bedroom hotel and golf complex.

This will include welcoming the organiser to site on the day of the meeting and showing them around the facilities. Liaising with the organiser all day to ensure the smooth running of the event.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate conferences, meetings, and other events.
- Organise and coordinate all logistics for events on the day, including the delivery of all catering, including any dietary requirements and health and saftey issues.
- Work with speakers to ensure that they understand the working of all technical equipment to be used.

Hours worked will be up to 45 hours per week generally between 7.30 am 4.00pm Monday to Friday depending onteh needs of hte business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
