**Position**: Bar Manager

**Hours**: Average Hours - 40hrs/wk - 5/7 Days

Bar Manager is needed to work alongside the Head Chef and Bar supervisors, in a busy leisure complex near Tadley. This is a great opportunity for a Barman to work alongside a dedicated team who are passionate about what they do. Previous experience in the trade or similar is required and additional training can be provided. You would be required to work an average 40hour week which would combine a variety of shifts to meet the needs of the business.

**Job Description**:

- class level of customer service in the bar, function rooms and restaurant areas.

Key responsibilities include:

- Effective Leadership
- Staffing e.g. employment, training, rotas etc.
- Maximising profit by active management.
- Sales pricing recommendations/promotions.
- Stock control i.e. ordering, liaising with suppliers.
- Cellar management, stock rotation, stock taking.
- Events/entertainment planning
- organise a schedule of regular events-advertising etc.
- Understanding the diverse customer base and oversee events.
- Growing the business by effective means.
- Improving our social media presence.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bar to maintain our 5* hygiene rating.
