My client are a leading social impact organisation who are looking for a HR Manager to join their London office. They are a business who are dedicated to making a real social difference for their clients and they pride themselves on doing the same internallyfor their people. This role will be part of a new HR business partnering model, managing a team of HR Advisors and reporting directly into the HR Director.
You therefore must have strong business partnering experience and be able to talk about where and how you have partnered with a business and the difference you have made. The majority of this role will focus both operationally and strategically on the UKand France, however you will also work globally with their regions across APAC and the Americas.
Duties will include:
- Working closely with the HR Director to refresh and implement their HR strategy to help with business growth, wellbeing and employee engagement
- Partnering with and coaching business leaders in key areas such as people development, career progression, reward and recognition, recruitment and performance management approaches
- Leading on the business’s EVP including benefits, pay and pensions
- Managing multiple projects with a big focus on D&I, Policies and Career Pathing.
This is a great role for someone looking for that next step and who wants to work for a business who are going through lots of change and making a positive impact. They are a social business with some fantastic clubs, social nights out and wellbeing initiativesincluding yoga classes. They run a hybrid working model with 2-3 days a week in their London offices in Blackfriars.
