**We are currently looking for a Spa Receptionist to join our growing Finlake Holiday Park**

**What Will You Do**

As a Spa Receptionist you will be
- Be the point of contact for individuals and large groups booking spa services ensuring great customer experience at all times
- Be familiar with all products and services of the spa ensuring customers are provided with correct and up to date information always
- Ensure health and safety in the spa by following processes and procedures

**What Will You Bring**

As a Spa Receptionist, you should have
- Completed NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Understand Health and safety within beauty industry including risk assessment to contra indication for treatments.
- Contribute towards actively learning in-house product knowledge (Elemis)
