**Pay rate**: £40k-£42k depending on experience.

- **Who we’re looking for**:
Seeking a charismatic therapist to shape our educational services—someone who’s able to hold engaging discussions with partners, attendees, and facilitators. This role involves finding inventive and highly creative ways to communicate psychotherapy concepts in the workplace so we’re looking for someone super innovative.

This role involves championing relationships with partners and our delivery team, driving exceptional workshops while supporting department leads. It's about revolutionising psychoeducation and fostering meaningful connections with our partners and delivery team to deliver outstanding workshops.

**Core job role**: (Psychoeducation - 4 days)
- Lead the ongoing delivery of Self Space talks, workshops, training, and groups for existing / new partners.
- Lead the coordination and booking of Mental Health Champions and Tools for Leaders CPD courses.
- Expand education content outward in line with the Self Space Ethos.
- Ensure excellent organisation, delivery, and evaluation of educational aspects.
- Engage in empathetic and inquisitive conversations with partners to understand their challenges and workshop goals.
- Support facilitators in workshop preparation and delivery enhancement.
- Collaborate with the psychoeducation manager and leads for content development and expansion.
- Ensure smooth communication and flow across the business.
- Assist the Psychoeducation Manager in various departmental aspects.
- Maintain a robust evaluation system for workshops and B2B offerings.

**Core job role**: (Clinical Practice - 1 days)
- Manage a client caseload for a seven-hour shift (07:30-14:30 or 14:30-21:30) at one of our London locations.
- Provide excellent therapeutic services.
- Identify and utilise non-client time for developing Self Space products and services

**What you’ll need**:

- Minimum 3 years as a practising therapist
- Proven experience in a coordination role
- Ability to think strategically
- Confident in representing Self Space in all areas of its work
- Experience of psychoeducation delivery and evaluation
- Experience of using Group work skills
- Experience of facilitating group therapy or process groups
- Experience of developing psychoeducation content and exercises
