Social Media Content Executive

**SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT EXECUTIVE/CREATOR**
THE CONSCIOUS BEAUTY GROUP is looking for a passionate, driven, confident and creative **Social Media Content Executive **to manage the TikTok and Instagram social media channels for their WE ARE PARADOXX haircare and SUPERNOVA hair tools brands.
SUPERNOVA is a revolutionary hair tools brand, set to disrupt the global market with exciting innovations. WE ARE PARADOXX is the plastic free hair care brand distributed globally across over 20 countries, through retail partners including Ulta Beauty, Cult
Beauty, Look Fantastic and ASOS.
To be the right fit for this role, you should be an avid TikTok and Instagram user, who is as comfortable with content creation and being in front of the camera, as with analysing and reporting on the behind the scenes metrics.
If you love being on camera, filming TikToks and Reels, and are constantly experimenting with new ways to stand out on the platform and jump on the latest trends, this could be the role for you.
To be successful in this role, you will need to see the big picture, define an ambitious plan and goals, and execute daily at the highest level. You will need to immerse yourself in the brand, understand the differences between audience outreach and engagement on Tiktok and Instagram; and quickly identify why and how to engage customers on TikTok and Instagram through content, features, innovative integrations and products. You will work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager to incorporate UCG and Influencer content seamlessly into the social feeds. You will be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute new ideas, and establish best practices for SUPERNOVA and WE ARE PARADOXX on TikTok and Instagram.
THE ROLE
- Manage our TikTok and Instagram presence including content strategy, creative briefing, publishing, reporting/optimization, innovation and execution.
- Set channel level goals - report on progress at weekly team meetings.
- Produce and edit entertaining short-form video content for our TikTok and
Instagram channels.
- Ensure all content is optimised to generate sales conversions and strong ROI.
- Be one of the faces of the brands on TikTok and Instagram.
- Respond and engage in real-time to posts, questions, comments.
- Identify and communicate with up-and-coming TikTok and Instagram influencers and creators to help us create content and promote the brand.
- Keep your pulse on the latest Instagram, TikTok and emerging platform trends to contribute to the brand strategy, vision, and voice on this channel.
- Grow and nurture our TikTok and Instagram communities, gain user insights and use them to further develop the overall social strategy.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- LOVE being on camera and producing videos for social media.
- Engaged with changing TikTok and Instagram trends.
- Highly creative.
- Experience creating highly engaging beauty-focused TikTok and Instagram content which has increased awareness of yourself or a brand.
- Extremely tech-savvy, with excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Great video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects).
- Expert understanding of TikTok and Instagram's ecosystems: trends, hashtags, music usage, functionalities, guidelines, platform updates and metrics including collecting, analysing and acting upon.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in social media marketing with a particular emphasis on TikTok.
- Experience in building creative strategies (follower and engagement) for social channels.
- Experience building a brand persona and content strategy for a successful social channel within beauty/personal care.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
