Gransha Dental seeks a highly organised and creative Social Media Executive to join our dynamic Team. (this is an in-house position, no remote working).


This role offers a chance to refine your skills in an engaging and diverse position, with ample opportunities for creative expression.

As a vital member of our Team, your responsibilities will include managing social content across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.

You will create impactful content, schedule and post it, develop strategies, and evaluate campaigns while keeping Gransha Dental at the forefront of trends and innovation.


Role and responsibilities

  • Create and schedule amazing content
  • Oversee all social media channels, including Instagram and TikTok
  • Ensure all content is on brand and delivered in the appropriate tone
  • Manage daytoday activities, including copy, content & scheduling.
  • Schedule Sponsored ads and track them accordingly.
  • Engage with our audience, including answering queries out of hours.
  • Report current trends influencing social media posts
  • Create reactive and disruptive content to engage our audience
  • Be proactive in creating content inhouse.
  • Support the marketing team with social media reports (e.g. Weekly/Monthly)
  • Analyse competitor activity and actively share insights with the marketing team.
  • Have 1 year of proven experience managing social media channels

You'll need;

  • Demonstrated expertise in social media management, Experience in the Dental industry would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent understanding of various social media platforms, tools, and current trends.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and experience in executing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, a valuable asset for creating engaging content and design experience with Canva.
  • Strong team player with exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, to timelines
  • Adaptability to work under direction and selfmanage.
  • A keen work ethic and a sense of fun

Part-time hours: 30 per week
