**An assessor will require**:

- Level 3 Award in Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment (RQF) or,
- Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment (RQF) or,
- Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement (RQF) or,
- A1 Assessing Learners Using a Range of Methods or,
- D32 Assess Learner Performance or,
- D33 Assess Learner Using Different sources of Evidence or,
- L&D 9D Assess workplace competence using direct methods or,
- L&D 9DI Assess workplace competences using direct and indirect methods Plus
- A National Counter Terrorism Office/SIA endorsed certificate, and
- A Level 3 Teaching Conflict Management, and
- A Level 3 In Delivering Physical Intervention Training
- Solid occupational experience within the Fire Marshal industry is an adavantage

**Responsibilties include**:

- Teach and evaluate students pursuing Traffic Marshall certifications.
- Delivering lessons that are inspiring, interesting, and help students learn new skills, knowledge, and behaviours
- Through regular student evaluations and reviews, keep track of students' attendance and development
- Assist students with decision-making and growth by offering advise and direction
- Ensuring that all training materials are created and frequently updated in conformity with current legal requirements and the specifications of different awarding bodies.

**Salary**: £15.00-£40.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
