Knxia Limited provides a range of training and qualifications to some of the UK's best known and most respected businesses as well as growing SMEs, ambitious startups, Public and Third Sector organisations.

**The Role**

We are looking for a driven individual to join our team selling our regulated qualifications - predominantly First Aid, Food Safety and qualifications specifically for the Licensed Profession in Scotland.

This is a temporary role to cover our busy period from September to November.

Hours can be flexible, (15-20 hours over three or four days per week), the job involves:

- make a high volume of outbound telesales calls to existing and potential clients
- build rapport with clients and identify any training needs
- make follow-up calls or provide additional information as required
- sell places on open courses or arrange in-house courses
- record accurate information on CRM and call databases.

**The Person**
- be driven by success
- be very comfortable making cold calls to potential B2B clients
- have an eye for detail, able to work accurately and quickly
- be part of a small team, but also able to work independently
- be comfortable working to agreed targets (and being paid a sliding scale of commission when targets are met)
