Due to continued growth, Trichem are looking to hire a new full time, permanent administration assistant, to help spread the workload from within our office team.

Full time 8hr per day Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00


Trichem are a family run, hands on B2B sales and service providing company, operating two divisions (Chemical Manufacturing & Janitorial supplies and Commercial Laundry / Linen hire service) from our Bathgate head office.

Daily General administration tasks include

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Order taking and processing.
  • Data input
  • Telesales
  • Credit Control
Experience working with Microsoft Office and Sage 200 is desirable but not essential. As full training will be provided.

What we are looking for

Customer focused, team player, who can work well in a small team environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to learn and retain skills.

Positive attitude

Good timekeeping

Job Types:

£11.50 per hour
