  • Log and review DRAMS transactions and complete relevant EMCS documentation
  • Assist with the timely preparation of reporting (W1, month end etc)
Create SOPs for the administrative process

Internal and External Contacts

  • On site managers, team leaders and their teams
  • Hauliers, Customers, Contractors and Third Party agencies

Work Responsibilities

  • Entering all operational transactions into DRAMS
  • Receipting and despatching of deliveries via EMCS
  • Review and monitor spirits by location and ensure that spirit stocks are accurate
  • Liaise with other departments (Bottling and Distillery) to review stocks and update DRAMS accordingly
  • Update operational spreadsheets to track spirit movements
  • Highlight any reported anomalies, analyse and correct errors
  • Report any anomalies which may impact MI reporting
  • Prepare administration work for third parties as required (HMRC, Customers)
  • Update operational spreadsheets as required
  • Prepare and review MI reporting
  • Create and update SOPs for all administrative tasks
  • All filing and archiving for the department
  • Updating of records on Q Pulse as required

  • Excellent working knowledge of DRAMS
  • Good working knowledge of AS400
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bulk spirit industry experience
