_**Part Time Activities Coordinator**_

At Black Swan Care Group, we are currently looking for an activities coordinator to work in one of our residential care facilities, The Beeches on a part time basis, £12.00per hour.

**This position is a temporary contract for 12 months. (Maternity cover)**

The Beeches is a residential care facility in East Harling, 20 miles from the centre of Norwich, providing care to the elderly and those living with Dementia.

**Responsibilities of an activities coordinator**:

- Co-ordinate an inclusive program of activities which residents can participate in and help in the care of the residents' physical environment and in the general day to day activities of the home.
- Ensure the residents are happy and fulfilled in whatever activities they choose and help in the promotion of mental and physical activity by talking to residents, taking them out, sharing with them in activities such as reading, writing, hobbies, and recreations.
- Help residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including incontinence; help in use and care of aids and personal equipment.
