Beauty Receptionist

**DO YOU HAVE A PASSION FOR THE BEAUTY INDUSTRY?** Keen on kickstarting your career within administration in a prestigious beauty clinic? Competent using Microsoft Packages and have excellent communication skills?

You will join a renowned highly reputable and prestigious Beauty clinic based in **FINCHLEY** and be responsible for the following;
- Meet and Greet at reception desk
- Diary Management
- Liaising with Beauticians and Directors
- Answering incoming calls and redirecting calls to the relevant department
- Preparing Meeting rooms
- Skincare product demonstrations
- Creating content using social media ie TIKTOK and Instagram
- All other recommendations as directed by Directorate

**Please note you MUST live locally to FINCHLEY LONDON or be able to commute as this role is office based and Full Time.**

Pay: £1,800.00-£2,000.00 per month
