You will join a renowned highly reputable and prestigious Beauty clinic based in **FINCHLEY** and be responsible for the following;
- Meet and Greet at reception desk
- Diary Management
- Liasing with Beauticians and Directors
- Answering incoming calls and redirecting calls to the relevant department
- Preparing Meeting rooms
- All other recommendations as directed by Directorate

**Please note you MUST live locally to FINCHELY LONDON or be able to commute as this role is office based and PART TIME either 3 days a week or 4 days a week.**

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
