If the answer is YES then this role is for YOU
You will join a renowned highly reputable and prestigious Beauty clinic based in
FINCHLEY and be responsible for the following;

  • Meet and Greet at reception desk
  • Diary Management
  • Liasing with Beauticians and Directors
  • Answering incoming calls and redirecting calls to the relevant department
  • Preparing Meeting rooms
  • All other recommendations as directed by Directorate

Please note you MUST live locally to FINCHELY LONDON or be able to commute as this role is office based and PART TIME either 3 days a week or 4 days a week.

- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
