Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Office Administration:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases for important documents and records.
- Address and resolve administrative issues or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Recruitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Facilitate the hiring process, including extending job offers and negotiating terms as necessary.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and training schedules.
- Ensure all new employees have necessary resources and access to perform their roles effectively.
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing questions and providing support during the onboarding process.
- Compliance and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Keep accurate records of recruitment activities, including applicant tracking and hiring metrics.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive HR and recruitment-related information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
