**Complete - **Print Administration Assistant**

Location: Derby

To work within the Print department providing administrative support to the Print team and also provide operational support and contact for customers and suppliers.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Processing online orders and being the first point of contact for online queries.
- Liaising with internal and external customers and suppliers regarding orders, confirmations, products, and deliveries.
- Familiarisation with products available through extensive suppliers.
- Processing sales and purchase orders.
- Solving delivery related problems as they occur.
- Ensuring that orders are processed and delivered in line with agreed timescales and in line with customer expectations.

**Key skills and behaviours needed**:

- Have a good level of IT skills and experience - Specifically Excel and Word.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to plan and organise workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and listening skills at all levels.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Ability to use own initiative and work as a close-knit team.
- Ambitious and self-motivated.
- Professional and customer focused.
- The desire to exceed client expectations.
