**JOB ROLE**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Carrying out administration duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, printing
- Maintaining spreadsheets and filing systems
- Raising internal and external purchase orders
- Monitoring stationery levels and ordering office supplies
- Sorting and distributing the post
- Processing and maintaining employee holiday records
- Arranging CPD seminars and training sessions for employees
- Filing CVs and arranging interviews
- Filing invoices and processing staff expenses
- Managing the meeting rooms and preparing ahead of large meetings to ensure the smooth running of daily meetings
- Assist the Office Manager in ad hoc duties, such as booking travel for the management team

**KEY SKILLS**
- Excellent literacy and verbal skills
- Ability to manage workloads and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage sensitive information in a confidential manner

**NOTES**
- Permanent/full time role
- Fixed working hours 09:00-17:30 Monday to Thursday and 09:00-17:00 on Fridays
- Salary dependent on experience
- This is a workplace role with no hybrid option

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £16,000.00 per year
