**Key Responsibilities**
- To provide a seamless customer experience through effective use of systems while using information and tools appropriately.
- To ensure all group, meetings, conference and events enquiries are chased in a timely manner and all stages of the booking are being managed in accordance with company standards.
- To build relationship with all key operators.
- To be fully conversant with all facilities, services and special promotions offered by the hotels and use this information to maximise hotel sales.
- To ensure all revenue is tracked accurately and timely.
- Complete detailed audit and maintenance on their Hotel OnQPM, OnQR&I, Ideas Groups Pricing and DelphiFDC (include upkeep of DelphiFDC as CRM, upkeep, audit and maintenance of DelphiFDC (pricing, packages, products), ONQ PMS (SRP Maintenance and package))
- To promote the image of the hotel and the Company by the provision of quality customer care standards both internally and externally

**Performance Measures**
- Connect: Physical and Virtual Show rounds
- Engage: New Leads & Prospects, Follow ups and Conversion of sales leads, Cross Selling Leads and Conversion
- Deliver: New Business Target, Historical Return, Meeting & Events Revenue, Food & Beverage Revenue, Total Revenue, Market Performance (RGI)

**Essential Skills**
- Sales Experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel
- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines and targets
- Understanding of the hospitality and travel industry
- Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision
- Demonstrated strong negotiation and rapport building skills
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills (written and verbal)

**Desirable Skills**
- Experienced Reservations/M&E/Customer Relations professional with experience in the hotel market
- Knowledge of OnQPM, OnQR&I, Ideas Group Pricing and DelphiFDC
- Proficient online tools
- Engaging, enthusiastic and motivated
- Results driven and able to work under pressure
- Flexible to change and able to react very quickly to that change
- Financially and commercially astute
- Unparalleled ability to build relationships
- A very consultative personal style in all aspects of the role
- A passion for service excellence
- High degree of integrity and professionalism and the ability to act as an ambassador for the hotel and Axiom Hospitality at all times
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, working to own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of spoken and written English
- Strong organisational skills developed in a fast-paced environment
