**Our Client** is a successful Independent estate agent looking to employ an experienced**Lettings Negotiator** for their**Hemel Hempstead** office. They are seeking a highly motivated individual who realises the importanceof delivering a high standard of Customer Service at all times.

**Key Skills**:

- At least 6 month's residential experience in Lettings
- A proven track record in driving business levels forward and letting properties and generating new business
