We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide support to ImaginationLancaster and other research activities in the Lancaster Institute for the Contemporary Arts (LICA). You will support external grant-getting, engagement and research activities relating to the Imagination research centre. You will give general administrative support to research activities within LICA more broadly. For some of the time (no more than 10%) you will provide PA services to distinguished professors.

You will have a proven administrative track record in a relevant environment, be well organised, capable of planning ahead and able to use your initiative. The ability to prioritise a varied workload, and to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who wishes to work in a fast-moving environment. The role gives an opportunity to work with internal and external contacts.

This is a full time (1.0 FTE) indefinite appointment. Requests for flexible working will be considered.
