The Student Programmes team, led by the Student Programmes Officer, provide support to Academic Staff, Graduate Teaching Assistants, and students across all Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes within Psychology. [Within the Team, Teaching Coordinators are each assigned lead (or core) responsibility for specific programmes or year groups.]

You will:
Have experience of providing a high level of customer service

Have the ability to prioritise workload effectively to meet competing deadlines, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Be able to present information accurately and communicate effectively with a wide range of people.

The Psychology Department is a busy teaching and research active Department. It is home to a friendly group of over 40 Academic staff, with teams of Research, Professional Services and Technical staff. The Department supports a large cohort of Undergraduate students; a thriving group of Masters and Postgraduate research students; and a wide range of research projects including several cross-institution grants.
